This is as of the 32.0b9 and it has been fixed and will be in the next 32.0 build, likely the 32.0 RC1 build though normally such a fix would be a Beta build like 32.0b10. The Release is next Tuesday so little time. in about:config you can try modify the value for browser.safebrowsing.appRepURL to be blank in meantime.
