Your Windows computer has it's own web browser. Use it to do the download. If you can't, go to any computer, download the full installer to a thumb drive, then put it on your computer.

Thanks so much for the suggestion, but I can't find Mozilla Firefox on my computer's Add/Remove page. Any suggestions? I got on the web with Windows Internet Explorer as you suggested, but if I can't remove Mozilla to install a new version, what to do?

Thanks you
