Some Massages are getting deleted by itself permanently
The are 3 email address when ever I receive an email from these emails it stays in the inbox for some time 5-10 minutes and then it disappears I checked in junk and trash nothing in there the activity log shows that the massages have been deleted! any suggestion or idea how to solve this problem

unfortunately i read this article before but nothing works
5-10 minutes sounds like the amount of time between checking mail. Is this an IMAP mail account and messages from these addresses are directed to another folder on the server. Then synced beck to Thunderbird deleting them from the inbox?
