I've tried "&D" but the footer still print out date and time. Thanks.

In the print dialogue from File > Print in the Firefox settings under footer, are there options to change this entry? The presets only offer a Date/Time option unfortunately.

I requested a feature for you in the Printing options, however I do not have an estimated time for any changes. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1100569
