I have lost my toolbar. I can not see my other boxes, 2nd Email, Trash, Junk, Local folders. How do I get it back?
My tool bar on the left has disappeared. I hit a button that said show remote content, I was trying to get back to my E-Mails not showing that, and did some thing that took a way my left hand access bar

That would be the Folder Pane.
From the Menu Bar select View-Layout-Folder Pane
No menu bar showing? Press the alt key.
