I keep getting"Download interupted"
When I try to download the latest version of Firefox I get the message "download interrupted Try again"When I try again the same thing happens. I was hoping the update would allow me to download "Shockwave"

Try this:
- Download the full Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ - Start the installation with a double-click on the desktop icon
It is possible that anti-virus software is corrupting downloaded files or is interfering otherwise.
Try to disable the real-time (live) scanning of files in your anti-virus software temporarily to see if that makes downloading work.
If you are still having problems, download the full installer using another computer and save the file to a thumb drive.
