Why can't I access a website I created w/WIX & how can I get FF to allow other people to access my site? www.richlandgalegionpo.wix.com/richardsonlegionpost
I have had problems loading my created website. I have had complaints of not being able to reach my website from others as well. Even with typing the website in to the search engine, Firefox only takes me to the WIX official website. I have to type the whole website into the top browser window or either go to Google chrome or Internet Explorer. Once I do that, I or anyone else, has no problem accessing the site. What do I need to do in order to get Firefox to accept mine and someone else's search for my website?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
I got on with no problem.
Then you are the only one unless FireFox has fixed the problem. Just had a magazine editor email me yesterday with the problem and i have had problems on my own PC.
Have you tried Firefox Safe Mode?
Do you have any kind of blocking programs on the site? What security practicals does it use?
