how can i have all my bookmarks in one lsit like ie does
how can i get one list of bookmarks which would include those imported from internet explorer and my own firefox bookmarks and recently bookmarked---i would lie a list like the one that internet explorer gives you

Hi jmxerxes, Thank you for your question, I understand that the goal is to get all the bookmarks in Firefox to be in one list.
There are a few ways to customize the bookmarks. It is possible to delete all folders and put all the bookmarks in one list. (Make a back up before this as to not delete them)
There are also other add ons that display bookmarks in other ways, check out a few here in the addons search: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire.../?q=bookmarks&appver=36.0&platform=windows
Note that you can use the search bar in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) and in the sidebar to get a list of all bookmarks with searching for a single colon ':'.
