Thunderbird will not accept my password for my Network Solutions email account.
I'm trying to setup thunderbird on a new computer. When I try to create a new email account, I enter the email address and password, I keep getting a "wrong password" message. I can't get passed it. I've verified the password by logging in and out of my network solutions account.

have you checked your firewall (including anti virus) is not blocking contact with the internet
