When loading certain internet pages Firefox surface and mouse icon disappears for minutes, loading cannot be interrupted, even not with CtrlAltDel. Using Firefox 37.02 under WIN7, had this behaviour already in the versions before.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: All of your Adobe software is out of date.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.
