Hi, I can see how to set up a Master PW but cant see how to change my site PWords? how do I do this? Thanks

Hi, My daughter has received an email from me which I did not send. It was all gobble de gook. She deleted. I want to change my pw for my email account. It is shown as saved in the tools/options/security section. There is no facility to change the pw. The only option I see is to introduce a Master PW to protect my PWs. I want to change my PWs first then introduce a master as it seems someone has my current PW.
