I have two computers, a PC and a Laptop. I am not always near my PC so, I can't get my emails.

Can I set up the laptop to receive the emails, but also get them on my PC ?

I would like to get the emails on both computers, and then reply from either.

This works best when you set up your account as IMAP on both computers. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/imap-synchronization
