Why doesnt the firefox pdf viewer plug-in work for androind

I am unable to view my pdf file from mibridges. I have 3 add-ons installed in firefox to view pdfs. I also have adobe reader and google reader. The link opens a new tab with a blank page. Im unable to open with any pdf viewer. I have an android phone and I'm able to view pdfs from a google seach but not a link. Please help I have an urgent pdf I need to read.

Check your PDF Plugins are updated!
