In Mozilla my bank web address has a grey lock (ownership not verified), yet in Chrome it has a green lock. Isn't the subject (my bank) of the verified (by Symantec) certificate the owner?

This is the first time trying to wrap my head around this, and it hurts. Help appreciated.

It is possible that there is mixed content on the web page or if there are otherwise problems with the certificate.

What does it show if you click the globe/padlock and possibly click "More Information" to got to "Tools > Page Info > Security"?
