This looks like a problem due to Add-on signing in Firefox.

Could you try to use Marionette instead?

Doesn't that dialog have an Allow button?

If the button is missing then content might be loaded in an iframe. You can right-click the download/install button on the web page and check for This Frame (Open Frame in New Tab).
