Ever since upgade 38.5.0 27th Dec I cannot send mails consistantly. I get timed out. It takes multiple attempts to send mails. With or without attachments

What anti virus? Do you have the same issue with outgoing mail scanning disabled?
Turns out my problem is my WISP. Upload speed is non-existent. I don't know whether to be angry at myself at not picking it up or with my WISP for providing shitty service.
