Thanks Fred. I have the latest video drivers. Should have mentioned that. Also removed things never used there like the "3D" sections of the drivers.

Also, I have both adobe Acrobat PRO and Acrobat Reader which is why two show. I will never update to anything in the Adobe Cloud, so I stop there. It will not be updated. I highly doubt this causes the crash in Facebook as I have never seen a pdf on all my years on Facebook. I can try to remove one if you REALLY think that could be the cause, but I think very doubtful.

Protected mode disabled in Flash long ago. As well, hardware acceleration both in Firefox AND in Flash.

I will look into Flash Block....

Odd, i have reported this 3-4 times in last days (I usually do not report) but only one listed in about:crashes....

OK, Flash Block works, BUT because plugin-container does not load!! And it does not even show a preview of the video so wastes a lot of time. And then take a long time to load when a video is chosen. But memory used by Firefox is low.

So, you are assuming the issue is Flash. It might be, but I do not know that yet. A big questions is why does Edge doe everything on Facebook as expected with no crashes? But not Firefox? I have to think (maybe wrong) there is a runaway memory leak that appears to be in Firefox rather than plugin-container, but reports as it is plugin-container.

What else can we do to try to solve this?

Appreciate your help. Off for a few hours and back and will try next suggestions.

Latest nvidia drivers. Thought I mentioned that up a ways. Also thought I mentioned protected mode and acceleration disabled everywhere. Quite some time ago.

So what is the significance of mozglue.dll? And why is the crash in plugin container yet you keep pointing to flash player? And why doesn't this happen with Edge if it is a Flash issue?

Obviously I do not have those answers. But I can browse anywhere and even Facebook for a number of pages before this happens. It seems that it is Firefox running amok with 3-4 GB of RAM being used.

But, I appreciate the links and interest and would love to solve this. From the Google searches I ran. I am not the only one with this.

Thanks Corel. Must not have not mentioned that I tried that early on. ALL hardware accelerations and protected modes disabled. And Nvidia drivers most recent. And 3D driver uninstalled as not needed.

What do the crash reports tell you all?

Still poking around. Today I went to programs and features and found I have BOTH Adobe Flash Player 16 Activex and Adobe Flash Player 21 NPAPI installed. Should I? Does anything other than Firefox use these (other browsers, for example)? Could this be a clue?

I DID mention this happens on THREE computers, yes? So SFC is not very likely to have an issue on Win 7 32, Win7 64 and Win10 - which HAS had SFC run very recently.

I DID mention several times I have the latest Nvidia drivers.

And Unsure why Adobe 16 for IE would affect Firefox?? My IE is well out of date as well. And only ever used if I have a FF issue.

Can we ever address why this seems to have issues in mozglue.dll (never talked about) ? Is there any way to just get rid of plugin container? Does not seem to do much to avoid Firefox crashing.
