wappalyzer add on issues with Mozilla Firefox

May be its for me or everyone's having similar problem ?? As am a developer and i installed wappalyzer add on ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/wappalyzer/ ) to my latest build of Firefox 46.0.1.Problem is as soon as i open the browser its not working i mean the wappalyzer add on .Its working only once i open a new window.Its been like this.Please tell me how to fix it.

Lol!! they are saying to contact Mozilla Firefox Support.Ultimately Mozilla lovers like me are the real sufferers.Its working good on all other browsers.I already posed a question on it earlier.But no one responded it either.

Mozilla doesn't support extensions such as that. Every add-on developer is expected to support their 'product'. This is the "Support site" linked on the download page - https://wappalyzer.com/ - but there is no support information there.
