I am trying to get to whona.com and am being told that it is trying to get me to a dead end website. I am able to get to this website using Microsoft Edge and IE @ work. Please let me know how to fix this issue. Thanks.

I had no problem with http://www.whona.com/ What is giving you the error message?

I can't find paint, but here is what is says:

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Clear the cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thanks for your inputs, but neither worked. Now it only continually cycles like it is trying to get to the website and goes nowhere. Not what sure what to do now.

Try a different DNS server.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.
