I cannot installl Microsoft 10, is there something else I need to do?
I have tried several times to install the free version of windows 10, it acts like it is working but then I find that it has failed to install.

I think Microsoft's support site would be a better bet for troubleshooting this problem. I think this link will start a new question under Windows 10:
