how do I make TB use a particular IPv6 address?

My workstation has two public IPv6 addresses; The first is a stable, auto-configured address ( with associated forward and reverse DNS entries) The second is the RFC 4941 privacy extension address, randomized to resist "big business" from tracking on-line activity. Being random, it will never have a DNS entry.

However, many remote mail servers require connecting hosts to have valid DNS records...

So how do I make TB use the stable address?
