Plugin container crashes on libjingle on system shutdown

This has been going on with FF for several recent versions. If the system is shutdown and FF is open (and the voice/video portion of google hangouts has been used in that session, plugin-container will hang up the shutdown. This does *not* happen if FF is quit via the UI prior to shutdown.
