I know how to sync my google calendars into lightning, but how do I go about it the other way? I want all my activity in Lightning to be synced to google so events and such I create in new calendars in Lightning how up on my android device.

Both Lightning and your Android device are syncing to a cloud based calendar. You can't create a new synchronized calendar by other than going to the Google Calendar website, setting it up there and then adding it to your various devices.
