Not able, any more, to access my hotmail accout using Thunderbird.

Since this morning I am not able to access my Hotmail account with Thunderbird. I got a message that or the username or the password are not correct. But they are correct and I am able to access the hotmail account using the Hotmail login address. Someone can help me about this issue ?

there were many reports last week about service. http://downdetector.com/status/outlook might offer some insight
