Reset language back to English

A user somehow changed all her menus, popups, etc from English to another language. My other problem is that she logged off. I have admin access to the machine, is there a way to backdoor change the settings by editing a file under the users profile or the registry to make sure everything is indeed English for the next time the user logs on?

If the Firefox user interface (toolbars) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language then download Firefox in the language of your choice.
