hi i confused because when i want watch and search certain web there always massage say please turn off ad block even i dont install and use it, i try to search the solution but not going find the answer... i had try reinstall mozilla, install new windows and safe mode but it don't work thx

Are you using any kind of blocking programs? ads, scripts . . . . .
You can try to enable third-party cookies (temporarily) to see if that has effect. To see all History and Cookie settings, choose:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Options+window+-+Privacy+panel
It is possible that security software (anti-virus, firewall) is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
