Unable to install Firefox 54.0

I have been trying to install Firefox 54.0 on my computer. I have double clicked on the .exe file, and the install window does come up, but once I click install, it says "downloading firefox" and it doesn't do anything. I left it overnight for about 15 hours and still nothing. I have tried turning off my firewall and right clicking on the .exe and clicking "run as administrator" and had the same result.

It looks like you've chosen the stub installer. Go to the download page, get the full installer in your language and try to install Firefox.
