why cant i print a receipt for my bill i paid?
I just paid my energy bill, it gives me the choice to print my confirmation receipt but when i hit print. , the screen comes up but the area where the receipt is to be displayed is black and I get a "stop the Script" message. Ive tried all three things on that pop up but it still wont display my receipt.

sometimes scripts are poorly written and or can even be blocked to run.
have you tried to instead do a "print preview" then a "print" ?
