Why aren't bookmark separators showing in toolbar for 55.0.3?
Separators show up in "Show your bookmarks". You can add separators there and they display only in "Show your bookmarks" but not on the actual toolbar itself.

Maybe the separators are too faint to notice them. You can try different Windows themes to see if you find one with more contrast.
Do you otherwise have a problem with seeing separators like in a menu drop-down list?
The separators show up fine in drop-lists under the Show Your Bookmarks button. They are clearly seen there. Separators just don't show up when added via. Show All Bookmarks when those separators are placed anywhere in the Toolbar.
