Hi

I updated windows 10 yesterday .. just a normal update nothing amazing .. Today I can't copy or paste from the mouse or the trackpad to Mozilla. I'm even having trouble with CTRL C and V .. they only work sometimes .. I tried the standard fix ... cmd /c"echo off|clip" thinking it was the computer , it did nothing , but the found I can copy and paste on IE and notepad, So it must be Mozilla ? the most I can do is left click highlight .. I actually use copy paste a lot , so any ideas how I might fix it please ?

What was the last Windows update you spoke of? Do you have the problem with other programs?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
