I loaded Picasa as a picture editor by mistake and want rid of it
Loading Firefox for the first time, I specified Picasa, which is no longer supportted and cumbersome. I want to change my picture editor but can't work out how to do it.

That I believe is a Windows 10 function you have set up. Please Open Settings then Apps then click Default Apps then Double Click Picasa to change it. You may or may not have to reboot for changes to take effect.
Please update your Flash to current version Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.170 as it is insanely out of date and is a security issue.
