I have gone to ask manager and cancelled it. And tried to down load... Still nothing. This has been going on for a couple of days. I really hate to switch over to Chrome but I think I will have to. I will no doubt lose all my book marks too........... SIGH I am NOT a HAPPY CAMPER.

I think I have been able to solve the problem. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. So far, so good. And I didn't lose any bookmarks, "thankfully!
