the user setting file always can't loading, I try every method on internet, all can't work
I try every method I can do, like reset my user setting file(https://support.mozilla.org/zh-TW/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles),delete it,create it, and also I try uninstall firefox and remove the file(https://support.mozilla.org/zh-TW/kb/firefox-wont-start-find-solutions#w_eahikoecaeoe-firefox-aojjeggoeekuagclajcgniogeahigoai), all the method does't work, please give me some help QQ

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

Can you bring up the Profile Manager?
