"Save Selected Messages as" not working in context menu. Nothing happens.

One of the options in the context menu is "Save Selected Messages>". It appears to be inactive. When you high light any of the dozen or so options, nothing happens anywhere on screen (or underneath the T'Bird Window). I can't figure out why.

Those options are provided by the ImportExportTools add-on, but if they aren't working, check that the 'Export directories' listed under Tools/ImportExportTools/Options are correct. If the profile was copied from another computer, the directories boxes might be empty or incorrect.
