Why does FireFox not work with US Bank's "send money" electronically?

US Bank offers a way to send money directly to a Bank other than US Bank. It's called Zelle. After all the requested information about the transaction is type in, the last task is to "submit". Clicking "submit" and the reply is "A web page is slowing down your browser. What would you like to do?" The choices are "Stop it" or "Wait". Selecting "Wait" does nothing and the reply is again: "A web page is slowing ...." Selecting "Stop it" and nothing.

There are no other web pages open and at the suggestion of US Bank, I deleted all "cookies, download history, form search and cache" and retired the send money page. NOTHING!!!

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:
