Hi Fred thanks, I cannot quite figure out what was going on because I was sure the username and password were correct but I kept getting an error message. I restarted my laptop and for some unknown reason, it came right of its own accord. appreciate your help,

Hi Fred thanks, I cannot quite figure out what was going on because I was sure the username and password were correct but I kept getting an error message. I restarted my laptop and for some unknown reason, it came right of its own accord. appreciate your help,
