None of the info I have read tells me how to set some Cookies to "ALLOW" so that when I clear Cookies, Those I want to keep will remain.
There are a few cookies I want to keep. If I choose "Remove All", they will be deleted, so I have to go thru the entire list of cookies one by one. One article said you could set an "ALLOW Cookie" but it did not say how to do this.

When you set Firefox to clear cookies, all cookies are cleared. Instead of clearing cookies, you can set Firefox to expire cookies at the end of the session, and make exceptions for sites whose cookies you want to still be there at your next session.
On the Options page, Privacy section, make sure you have
Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
Then in the cookies section, change from
Keep until: they expire
to
Keep until: I close Firefox
Then to allow sites to set persistent cookies, use the Exceptions button to the right of the cookies settings.
Then all cookies which don't have an exception will expire naturally when you exit Firefox.
Note: This works going forward, you'll still need to dump any old cookies you don't want.

There are hundreds of articles care to share....
There is a Article for 57+ https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored I would not think yours looks like this. So yes even in 57+ you can manually edit the cookies as the options for keeping is not worth the hassle.
Version 52.9.0 is last available update for Firefox as Support for XP has ended unless a emergency patch is/if warranted.
As well the OS is out of date and EOL and your a danger to everyone.
