No longer able to move tabs in version 13.2 for iOS

I have version 13.2 for iOS. I can no longer re-order tabs like in recent prior releases. When I attempt to move a tab, it simply disappears/deletes. Has this behavior changed?

Hi Lisa, Drag and drop of tabs has been temporarily disabled, because it was causing the app to crash for too many people. When the crash issue is fixed, drag and drop of tabs will be re-enabled.

Hi Lisa, Drag and drop of tabs has been temporarily disabled, because it was causing the app to crash for too many people. When the crash issue is fixed, drag and drop of tabs will be re-enabled.
