Not sure if this is helpful but I started capturing before opening a new tab and going to reddit.com and then stopping it once it was finally fully loaded: https://perfht.ml/2PfV4p2

So I recently did an inplace upgrade and updated my graphics card, windows 10 has been running fabulously. Not a single issue. Unfortunately Firefox is crapping its pants now. Webpages just won't load in a normal amount of time. Reinstalled it multiple times, refreshed it multiple times, tried a new user profile, tried installing the nightly and using that and it still had the same issue. Don't have this issue in any other app, browser or not. Google Chrome and Safari are working fine.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}
