SSL website not able to open on 63.0.3 version of Firefox
Dear Community Members,
We are facing issue opening our website in 63.0.3. The website address is https://www.adcouncil.ae
I think it is a TLS issue but downgrading the TLS version in the client browser is not an ideal solution. I need a recommendation for a permanent solution which is server-side.
The website works perfectly on IE and Chrome.
Website is running on IIS8 and Wordpress.

https://www.adcouncil.ae/ Secure Connection Failed The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
