Following the automatic update to 60.3.2 the Thunderbird icon on the taskbar is blurred, how to fix?

How can I fix the blurred Thunderbird icon on the taskbar (Win 10 x64 1803) which appeared following the update to 60.3.2, it was ok before. All the other icons on the task bar are fine including the one for Firefox.
