I keep getting a send message error when no message is being sent

the attached error message pops up from time to time even though there are no messages being sent at the time. I can click OK to get rid of it but it shouldn't be popping up in the first place. I did have bitdefender antispam toolbar add on installed but have uninstalled now. Still happening, the only other extensions are lightning and compactheader.

Do you have a message in the Outbox that is trying to send and failing? The Outbox is located in Local Folders.
