How can I keep media working in one tab when I open a new tab?

I would like to listen to music on my android device in one tab & also brouse using other tabs. Currently if I am litening to say Youtube in one tab & open another tab the media stops playing. Is there a way to prevent this happening. Many thanks in advance.

This is caused by YouTube. You can work around their restriction with the Video Background Play Fix extension.

Thanks for your reply I have added the fix extension as sugested & yes it works fine just as i hoped. Thats brilliant thanks again.
