The problem most likely has to do with your screen size or resolutions settings. The website obviously thinks that you are connected from a mobile device based on the size information that it's being given. The only real way to fix this is to zoom out the page. This will trigger the desktop version of the website once you get past the threshold of what the website developers have set as the mobile maximum screen size. Other than that, you can check your laptop's screen resolution and try to increase that. Hope this helps.
