How do I contact this developer to toubleshoot their add-on?

You don't mention about which extension you want to contact the developer (there are seven of them), but click on it, and then on the left side, under "More information" you'll see a "Support Email" link ....
Example (and maybe that's even the one) : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/zoom-page-we/
