I no longer can receive any emails from a @gmail email address. Why is this ? and how do I fix it ??

I have tested this with sending emails from my friends and family's emails ******@gmail.com to my current email ******@wi.rr.com...and the gmail emails do not come through my inbox. I receive all other emails besides things sourcing from a Gmail account holder. I do not have any filters in place and have not changed any settings. I just stopped receiving them one day and I am unsure as to why. Please help!

If you logon to webmail wi.rr.com account via a browser, do you see those emails on the server ?

If you use POP, pop can only access the server Inbox, so are those emails in the server 'Junk / Spam' folder ? If emails are in 'Spam' then select as not spam to move them back to Inbox and check to see if server webmail has filter to move any gmail email address to spam.

If emails are not on server then Thunderbird cannot download what does not exist.
