Since last update, I cannot send an email or reply to one. I have to copy and paste my text to a new email in order to do it
I have to copy and paste my text to a new email in order to send it and discard modifications. It has been doing this since your last update. I have been using Thunderbird since many years without any problems What have you change? I have change nothing to my system other then load your update.

Same result in safe mode? Hold Shift when you launch TB. If it works in safe mode, check your add-ons (extensions, dictionaries) for updates (by visiting the add-ons' websites).
