History: Added and Last Modified column are blank

In the history section that opens with ctrl+j, the Added and Last modified columns are blank and only sort by name order when sorting by them. What information is supposed to be in those columns and how can I have that information tracked? Also while I'm at it, what information would be displayed in the Tags column, which is also empty to me.

I think Added and Last Modified are only populated for Bookmarks, but the columns are not hidden when you are viewing History. (Perhaps they should be...)

Tags also only apply to bookmarks.
