i have set up thunderbird email but i did not receive my contacts or folder from an old computer that died. i have gone to trouble shoot ,Profile open folder clicked and open, I have shut down thunderbird. its showing FOLDERS extension data FOLDERS calender data FOLDERS crashesFOLDERS datareporting FOLDERS extension FOLDERS mail FOLDERS minidumps FOLDERS security state FOLDERS storage FOLDERS 

step3.Close Thunderbird.

step 4.From your Thunderbird profile folder, go up three levels. the folder above . the folders above have no Thunderbird profile folder??? stuck on step 4 regards rolly
