My mother changed her password in gmail and wants to change it here too but can't find where to do it.

To put a question here you have to have an account. To have an account you must get a pin number. PIN numbers are sent to the email address. But we don't have access to the account because we need to put in the new password. But there is no place to put in a password. So I ask again. HOW DO YOU PUT IN NEW PASSWORDS SO THAT THUNDERBIRD WILL START GETTING NEW EMAILS AGAIN WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT OR A PIN NUMBER?

WHY HAVE YOU MADE THIS SO DIFFICULT TO DO THE MOST BASICS OF TASKS LIKE CHANGE PASSWORDS, ASK QUESTIONS OR OPEN ACCOUNTS?

Spamming the forum with multiple questions about the same thing won't get you answers any faster. If anything, you'll only end up alienating yourself.
